Four things you’ll use every session
Each one is a toggle on the Pro Settings page. Turn on what suits your room and leave the rest off.
Describe the topic. Get a draft.
Say what the quiz is about and how many questions you want, then set the shape of them: multiple choice, true/false, a mix of both, or an opinion poll — with options per question, a difficulty, a language, a time limit and a point value. A mixed run adds a split, so you choose how many of each type. Quizpio Pro drafts the questions straight into the editor with those settings already applied.
Every question arrives as an ordinary Quizpio question: edit it, reorder it, or undo the entire batch in one step. Duplicate options and half-finished questions are skipped rather than handed to you broken, and if fewer come back than you asked for, it tells you the real number.
Needs WordPress 7.0 with an AI provider connected under Settings → Connectors. Quizpio Pro uses whichever provider your site already trusts — it stores no API keys of its own and runs no AI service. Without it, the Generate button explains what’s missing and everything else works as usual.
Everyone leaves with something
When a quiz ends, every player gets a Download Certificate button on their own results screen. The host can pull the whole roster at once, and administrators can do the same from any session on the Quizpio → Sessions page — including quizzes played long before you installed this.
Each one carries the player’s nickname, the quiz title, their rank and score, and the date the quiz was held. Take them one at a time from the player list, all at once as a .zip, or open a print view and save the lot as PDFs.
Add your own logo, badge text, signature and issuer line — or leave the signature blank to hand-sign printed copies. Names in any language render exactly as typed: Bengali, Arabic, Chinese.
Make the standings shake-up visible
On every reveal, the host leaderboard animates rank changes: rows that climbed or fell slide to their new positions with a brief green or grey wash, so the room reads the drama at a glance instead of squinting at numbers.
Turn on the streak bonus and consecutive correct answers earn a growing reward, with a flame badge beside anyone on a run. Mark a question as double points in the editor and both speed scoring and streaks apply to the doubled amount.
Rank animation applies to the host leaderboard — the one you project for the room. It fully respects reduced-motion preferences: rows reorder instantly with only a brief colour accent.
Ask with pictures, not just words
Attach a Media Library image to any question, and to any answer option for picture-answer questions. The question image sits above the question on every screen; answer images turn the options into picture cards during play and small thumbnails on the reveal chart.
Everything is editable right on the question card — click an image to replace it, the × to remove it, the dashed slots to add one. Any format WordPress accepts works, at any size or shape, and images are centred and scaled to fit rather than cropped.
On screen a right-sized copy is served, so players’ phones never download the full-resolution original.
