Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of quizpio.com (the “Site”) and any paid plans offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
Who we are
Quizpio is operated by Arafat Bin Sultan, a sole proprietor based in Bangladesh. Contact email: [email protected]. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Arafat Bin Sultan.
1. The Quizpio plugin
The core Quizpio WordPress plugin is free and open-source software, licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2). Your use of the plugin is governed by that license. These Terms govern the Site itself and any paid plans offered through it.
Quizpio Pro, our paid add-on, is also licensed under GPLv2 or later. A paid plan is therefore a subscription to downloads, updates and support for the duration of the licence period — not a licence to use the code itself, which the GPL already grants you. If a plan lapses, the software you have continues to work; what stops is access to new versions and to support.
2. Waitlist and communications
You may submit your email address to join our waitlist. You are responsible for providing accurate information, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Paid plans (when available)
Quizpio Pro is not currently on sale, and we do not process payments at this time. When paid plans launch, they will be sold and processed by a third-party payment provider, which we will name on this page before any purchase is possible. Pricing, billing frequency, and what each plan includes will be shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Paid plans are intended to be annual subscriptions based on the number of sites covered, renewing automatically until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it without authorization, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The “Quizpio” name, logo, and Site content are owned by us or our licensors. The source code of both plugins is licensed under GPLv2 as described in section 1. Trade marks are not licensed by the GPL, so you may not use our name or branding in a way that implies endorsement without our permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and the plugin are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. The plugin’s warranty terms are set by the GPLv2 license.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the plugin.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control and are not responsible for.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, nothing here deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country where you live.
