Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quizpio’s core plugin is free. This policy applies to paid Quizpio plans (coming soon), which are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as our Merchant of Record.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To request one, email [email protected] with your order details, or request it through Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

2. Cancelling your subscription

Paid plans are annual subscriptions that renew automatically. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account or customer portal. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

3. Renewals

You will typically receive a reminder before a renewal. Renewal charges after the initial 30-day window are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within [14] days and we’ll review it in good faith.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
